Product Description Nexbelt EDC Titan Nylon Gun Belt - Unisex

Our new nylon straps are stiffer and made from a super-high density microfiber material, which is an advanced composite of ultra-fine polyester fibers. This stiffness is necessary for securely holstering your sidearm, whether you have a CCW permit or just need to carry everyday tools. The buckle is powder-coated in a granite brown finish for increased wear resistance. We have also replaced the pins with Allen head stainless steel screws to strengthen the buckle. The clasp body has been extended and features a larger clasp with two set screws for added security.

Our Story

Our company, now seven years old, is one of the pioneers of the ratchet belt in the USA. While we didn't invent the ratchet system, we re-engineered it to make it even better. This technology has been popular in Asia for 25 years, and one of our founders, Eddie, discovered it there. He brought the idea back to his business partner Tom, and together, they brainstormed ways to improve it. One of our first innovations was upgrading the quality of the leather, a step that many companies overlook today. We kept the existing mechanism but designed a buckle that resembles a pin buckle, as well as a golf buckle with a hidden ball marker - both of which received US patents.

PRECISE-FIT RATCHET TECHNOLOGY Our adjustable ratcheting buckle supports a PreciseFit for any belt size up to a 50-inch waist. The belt straps can be adjusted within 1/4 of an inch, making it quick and easy to tighten or loosen the belt. This system is far more comfortable compared to traditional pin and buckle belts.

HOW TO CUT-TO-SIZE 1. Find your waist size. 2. Add 2 inches to your waist size. 3. Cut the strap accordingly. 4. Lift the clasp on the bottom of the belt. 5. Insert the cut end of the strap into the belt buckle. 6. Secure the strap by pushing the clasp down.
